Opening Times from 1st November – 1st April

With British Summer Time coming to a close, our new opening times for pet drop-off, collection and visits are listed below.

Please note: We are closed to owners and the general public on major Bank Holidays.

Days Mornings Afternoons
Monday to Sunday 8.30am to 10am* 3pm to 4pm*

* If confirmed by prior appointment, it will still be possible to drop-off, collect or visit outside of these times.

We’ve cancelled our winter closure!

While regular customers among you will be familiar with our annual winter closure between January and the start of April, this year’s pandemic forced both a prolonged closure of our kennels and the cancellation of so many of your holidays.

We hope the New Year will bring you a well-earned break and have therefore decided to keep our Kennels and Cattery open over winter to welcome your pet.

Charges

Our daily all-inclusive charges are applied according to the size and strength of the dog. Cats are a standard price.
Rates are PER DAY, commencing on the day of arrival regardless of time, and ending on the day of departure*. Please note that, if your dog or cat is boarding with us overnight, that counts for two days.

Animal Price
Large Dog £18.00
Medium Dog £16.00
Small Dog £15.00
Cats £8.50

* Collections before 10am will receive a discount on the departure day rate

Payment can be made online, by cheque or by cash. We are unable to take card payments.

Family discounts

  • Dogs. Largest dog full price, £6 reduction on second dog if sharing a kennel.
  • Cats. £5 for second cat if sharing.
  • We will be happy to quote for larger families of pets and those staying longer than three weeks.

Viewing

We ask all new customers to visit the kennels (with their dog) or the cattery prior to their pet coming to stay. We welcome visitors any afternoon during opening hours (the earlier the better).

We are unable to accept dogs who have not visited. A visit is important for you, the owner, to ensure that you are happy with our facilities, services and routine. It is important for your dog so that we are not strangers when he or she comes to stay. It is particularly important that the kennel staff have been introduced to your dog in order to assess temperament and discuss their particular needs.

We reserve the right to refuse admission or return to the owner (or their representative) any animal which shows itself to be unsuitable for boarding. The safety of our team and the animals in our care is paramount.
