Viewing
We ask all new customers to visit the kennels (with their dog) or the cattery prior to their pet coming to stay. We welcome visitors any afternoon during opening hours (the earlier the better).
We are unable to accept dogs who have not visited. A visit is important for you, the owner, to ensure that you are happy with our facilities, services and routine. It is important for your dog so that we are not strangers when he or she comes to stay. It is particularly important that the kennel staff have been introduced to your dog in order to assess temperament and discuss their particular needs.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or return to the owner (or their representative) any animal which shows itself to be unsuitable for boarding. The safety of our team and the animals in our care is paramount.
