We ask all new customers to visit the kennels (with their dog) or the cattery prior to their pet coming to stay. You are most welcome to do so any afternoon during our opening hours, (the earlier the better).

NB: We do not take dogs who have not visited. A visit is important for you the owner, to ensure that you are happy with what we offer. It is important for your dog, so that it is not a stranger when it comes to stay and doesn’t think he or she is being abandoned. It is particularly important that the kennel staff have been introduced to your dog in order to assess temperament and discuss any particular needs with you.

We reserve the right to refuse admission or return to the owner or their representative any animal which shows itself to be unsuitable for boarding. The safety of the staff and the animals in our care is paramount.
